What Fresco.Farm is
Fresco.Farm is an online platform that connects local food producers with consumers within self-organised communities. We are an intermediary: we provide the technology that lets producers list their produce and lets consumers order and pay for it. We are not the seller of the food — each producer sells their own products directly to the consumer.
Use of the Platform
By using the Platform you agree to this Legal Notice, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. Please use the Platform lawfully and do not:
- use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to it;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
- post false, misleading, or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The Platform's name, logo, design, text, and software are owned by the Operator or used under licence. Producers retain rights to the content they upload and grant us a licence to display it. You may not copy or exploit any part of the Platform without permission, except as needed to use it normally.
Liability
We provide the Platform "as is" and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Because we are an intermediary and not the seller, the producer is responsible for the food they sell — its quality, safety, weight, labelling, allergen information, and compliance with food-safety rules. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Platform.
Applicable law
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Operator's domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that let a consumer bring proceedings in their own place of residence.
